Happy New Year to you! I have exciting news, I have moved to HomeLife Benchmark Realty.  After 5 years at Sutton

 West Coast, it was time for a change.  So a New Year, with a new brokerage and, new opportunities, I am ready to

 get going and start selling again. Here is my take on the residential market in South Surrey/ White Rock at the end
